宝明页岩油溶剂精制工艺研究

【摘要】:在优化的工艺条件下对宝明页岩油进行溶剂抽提精制,考察溶剂的选择、抽提温度、剂油质量比、沉降时间对页岩油精制效果的影响。结果表明:选用N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,在抽提温度为60℃、剂油质量比为0.5、反应时间为10min、沉降时间为30min的条件下,抽余油收率为72%,抽出油收率为26%,所得抽余油中不饱和烃、硫、氮、氧含量,残炭明显降低,可作为加氢精制原料,其氢气消耗量比原料直接加氢降低约52.48%,抽出油中小于420℃组分满足4号燃料油标准,大于420℃组分可制备90号重交通道路沥青。
