吉林探区小井眼水平井钻井技术研究

【摘要】:小井眼钻井技术在石油工业中应用开始于50年代,80至90年代小井眼钻井技术获得了突破性进展,成为继水平井之后油气勘探开发中又一门新兴热门技术。近年来,国内外对小井眼钻井技术进行了大量的研究,也取得了诸多成果,展现了良好的应用与发展前景。然而,随着油气资源的不断开发,油气资源品质逐渐变差,一些新的难点问题也逐渐显现出来:主要是有效提高水平井钻井机械速度和降低成两个方面。近几年来,虽然吉林探区油气藏储量其丰富,但该油气藏属低孔、低渗、致密砂岩气藏,地层可钻性差、研磨性强,为了经济高效地勘探开发吉林探区油气藏,对小井眼水平井钻井技术的高效应用带来前所未有的挑战。本文对小井眼水平井钻井工艺进行了系统的研究,通过研究提高钻井速度、缩短钻井周期,来实现用小井眼水平井技术经济高效地开发松辽盆地南部油气藏的目的。在理论分析的基础上,研究了提高小井眼水平井钻井速度的关键问题:分别对钻头、水力参数、井身结构、钻井液进行了优化。给出了适合吉林地质特征小井眼水平井井身结构和井眼轨迹控制,形成了一套完善的小井眼钻井技术和方法,在此基础上开发了配套的高效钻井工具,结合乾安地区工厂化现场施工的应用,并取得了良好的效果,对小井眼水平井钻井技术有一个更清晰的认识。因此本文的研究成果在吉林探区勘探开发钻井中具有广阔的应用前景,并且能够提高吉林探区小井眼水平井的钻井技术水平,对提高钻井速度,降低钻井成本都具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The application of slim hole drilling technology in the petroleum industry began in the 1950s. From 1980 to 90's, the slim hole drilling technology made a breakthrough, and became a new hot technology in oil and gas exploration and development after horizontal wells. In recent years, a great deal of research has been done on slim hole drilling technology at home and abroad, and a lot of achievements have been made, showing a good prospect of application and development. However, with the continuous development of oil and gas resources, the quality of oil and gas resources has gradually become worse, and some new difficulties have gradually emerged: mainly to improve the drilling mechanical speed of horizontal wells effectively and reduce them into two aspects. In recent years, although the reserves of oil and gas reservoirs in Jilin exploration area are abundant, the reservoirs are low porosity, low permeability, tight sandstone gas reservoirs, poor drillability and strong grinding ability. In order to explore and develop oil and gas reservoirs in Jilin exploration area economically and efficiently, It brings unprecedented challenges to the efficient application of slim hole horizontal well drilling technology. In this paper, the drilling technology of slim hole horizontal well is studied systematically. Through the research of improving drilling speed and shortening drilling period, the purpose of exploiting oil and gas reservoir in the south of Songliao Basin economically and efficiently by using slim hole horizontal well technology is realized. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the key problems to improve the drilling speed of small hole horizontal wells are studied: the drilling bit, hydraulic parameters, wellbore structure and drilling fluid are optimized respectively. According to the geological characteristics of Jilin Province, the well structure and trajectory control of horizontal well with small borehole are given, and a set of perfect drilling techniques and methods are formed. On the basis of this, a complete set of efficient drilling tools are developed. Combined with the application of industrial field construction in Gan'an area, good results have been obtained, and a clearer understanding of horizontal well drilling technology in slim hole has been obtained. Therefore, the research results of this paper have a broad application prospect in the exploration and development drilling in Jilin exploration area, and can improve the drilling technology level of small hole horizontal well in Jilin exploration area, which is of great significance to improve drilling speed and reduce drilling cost.
