河道淤泥填筑路基成套技术研究

【摘要】:面对日益恶化的水环境,水体治理越来越受到重视,清淤量逐年加大。淤泥很难直接加以利用,不仅污染环境同时占用大量土地资源。另一方面,公路填方材料传统的取材方式对生态环境造成破坏。把河道淤泥经改良用于公路路堤填筑,解决了大量河道淤泥的最终处治问题,同时缓解了公路路基用土资源紧张等问题。 本文结合大沽排污河综合治理工程,提出将淤泥处治后用于公路填筑路基,以实现淤泥资源化或无害化利用的最终目的,首次根据国家的公路和环境相关标准,,对河道淤泥是否可以利用提出了分类标准,然后将淤泥分别与石灰、建筑废料粉和石灰垃圾炉渣相拌混,并进行材料的性能的室内试验和现场施工试验。试验结果表明淤泥混合料的各项性能指标均满足公路规范的要求,并通过了按国家标准限值要求对淤泥的重金属含量和浸出毒性的检测。 同时,通过室内试验确定合理的生产配合比后对淤泥进行固化,并将用建筑废料和石灰固化后的淤泥用于实际工程。通过葛万公路、港中路两条试验路的铺筑,进一步研究了河道淤泥填筑路基的施工工艺,提出了相应的施工质量控制标准,为河道淤泥填筑路基这一新技术的推广应用提供了有力的系统技术保障。
[Abstract]:In the face of deteriorating water environment, more and more attention has been paid to water treatment, and the amount of silt removal is increasing year by year. Sludge is difficult to be used directly, which not only pollutes the environment but also occupies a lot of land resources. On the other hand, the traditional way of selecting materials for highway filling causes damage to ecological environment. The improved channel silt is used to fill the embankment, which solves the problem of the final treatment of a large amount of river silt, and alleviates the shortage of soil resources for the highway roadbed at the same time. Combined with the comprehensive treatment project of Dagu sewerage river, this paper puts forward that the silt can be used to fill the roadbed of highway after treatment, in order to realize the ultimate goal of silt resource utilization or harmless utilization, according to the national highway and environment related standards for the first time. The classification criteria of whether the silt can be used are put forward. Then the silt is mixed with lime, construction waste powder and lime waste slag separately, and the performance of the material is tested in laboratory and in situ. The test results show that each performance index of silt mixture meets the requirements of highway code, and the heavy metal content and leaching toxicity of silt are determined according to the national standard limit. At the same time, the sludge was solidified by laboratory test after the reasonable production mix ratio was determined, and the sludge after solidified with construction waste and lime was used in practical engineering. Through the paving of two test roads on Gewan Highway and Hong Kong Middle Road, the construction technology of roadbed filled with river silt is further studied, and the corresponding construction quality control standard is put forward. It provides a powerful system technical guarantee for the popularization and application of the new technology of river silt filling subgrade.
