三坑水库除险加固设计的优化研究

【摘要】:三坑水库位于广州市花都区西北部,是一座以灌溉为主,兼有防洪、水土保持功能的中型水库。目前该水库存在诸多安全问题。首先,主坝输水涵工程质量较差,多次出现渗漏,经过多次加固,未能彻底解决问题,目前闸门有破损,吊杆吊耳锈蚀严重,无止水,渗漏量较大,主坝渗流观测设备损坏,自动化监测系统无法正常运行。其次,2#副坝坝脚附近长期存在冒水现象,水流清澈无泥沙,渗水量随水库水位变化,上游坡砼面板裂缝较多,混凝土老化严重,下部干砌石护坡松散。3#副坝上游砼面板裂缝较多;3#副坝输水涵启闭设备老化,闸门和启闭机锈蚀严重,混凝土结构老化开裂并有露筋现象。第三,溢洪道消力池存在淤积现象。本文从三坑水库的实际出发,结合相关权威部门对大坝现状质量评价及现状复核情况的实地勘察报告,对水库除险加固设计所需的水文、地质条件、大坝渗流、各建筑物水力及结构均进行了计算分析研究,确定水库除险加固的优化方案如下:1.主坝采用塑形砼防渗墙进行防渗处理、输水涵进口段拆除重建、重建进水口、闸室段及进口连接段;2.2#副坝采用塑形砼防渗墙进行防渗处理、迎水坡拆除原有砼护坡重建、坝顶路面改造为水泥混凝土路面、迎水坡侧重建防浪墙;3.3#副坝迎水坡拆除原有砼护坡重建、坝顶路面改造为水泥混凝土路面、输水涵拆除重建;4.溢洪道进口段进行护砌、对消力池进行清淤。本文研究成果不仅对三坑水库除险加固工程具有重要的意义,同时为类似工程的研究提供一定的借鉴作用,对土坝加固技术设计理论的完善提供参考。
[Abstract]:Sankeng Reservoir, located in the northwest of Huadu District of Guangzhou City, is a medium-sized reservoir which is mainly irrigated and has the functions of flood control and soil and water conservation. At present, there are many safety problems in the reservoir. First of all, the main dam water conveyance culvert project quality is poor, many times appear leakage, after many times reinforcement, cannot solve the problem thoroughly, at present the gate has the breakage, the suspender ear rusts seriously, does not have the water stop, the leakage quantity is big, the main dam seepage observation equipment is damaged, The automatic monitoring system is not working properly. Secondly, near the foot of the auxiliary dam, there is a long-term phenomenon of water bursting, the water flow is clear and no sediment, the amount of water seepage varies with the water level of the reservoir, the cracks of concrete face slab on the upstream slope are more, and the concrete is aging seriously. The concrete slab cracks in the upper reaches of the lower dry masonry slope are much more than those in the upper reaches of the auxiliary dam. The opening and closing equipment of the diversion culvert of the subdam is aging, the gate and the hoist are corroded seriously, the concrete structure is aging and cracking and there is the phenomenon of exposed tendons. Thirdly, there is siltation in the stilling pool of spillway. Based on the actual situation of Sankeng Reservoir, combined with the field investigation report of the relevant authoritative departments to evaluate and review the status quo of the dam, the hydrological, geological conditions and seepage flow of the dam for the reinforcement design of the reservoir are studied. The hydraulic power and structure of each building were calculated and analyzed, and the optimized scheme of reservoir reinforcement was determined as follows: 1. The main dam adopts the plastic concrete cutoff wall to carry on the impervious treatment, the inlet section of the water conveyance culvert is dismantled and reconstructed, the inlet of the main dam is rebuilt, the gate chamber section and the entrance connection section of the dam are treated with the plastic concrete impervious wall, and the original concrete protection slope is removed for reconstruction in the face of the water slope. The dam top pavement is transformed into cement concrete pavement, the side of facing water slope is reconstructed and the anti-wave wall is rebuilt. 3. The auxiliary dam facing slope is rebuilt by removing the original concrete protection slope. The dam top road surface is transformed into cement concrete road surface, and the water conveyance culvert is removed and rebuilt. The spillway inlet section is protected and silt-clearing is carried out on the stilling pool. The research results of this paper are not only of great significance to Sankeng reservoir danger removal and reinforcement project, but also provide some reference for the study of similar projects, and provide a reference for the improvement of the design theory of earth dam reinforcement technology.
