长春市农业资源可持续利用研究

【摘要】：人类生存和发展离不开农业资源,农业资源是由自然资源和社会资源而组成。吉林省位于我国东北平原,是我国重要的粮食生产地之一。长春市作为吉林省的省会,具有非常丰富的农业资源数量,粮食作物的产量也高,但是农业经济发展总体水平还不是太高。因此,如何高效的利用农业资源,成为长春市亟需解决的问题之一。本文通过结合农业生态系统理论、农业资源可持续发展理论、比较优势理论、市场经济配置理论在农业资源利用中作用的基础,对长春市农业资源进行分析,并发现目前长春市土地资源和水资源的不可持续状况较为严重,对整个长春市的生态系统安全有较大影响。并针对这一问题,提出了农业资源高效利用的建议:首先是落实提高土地利用率的办法,通过节约和集约用的方式来实现这一目的。其次是完善水利建设,提高对水资源的利用率。第三是治理水土流失,保证土地资源的可持续利用。第四是借助资源优势,发展绿色农产品。第五是提高农业发展的综合性,实现多功能农业生产。最后是推进农业现代化和产业化的发展。本文在对长春农业资源的现状进行分析的基础上,对其存在的问题进行探讨,得到提高农业资源利用率和提高综合生产力的举措,为长春市实现农业效益最大化提供可行性建议,对长春市的农业资源利用和粮食生产具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Human survival and development can not be separated from agricultural resources, agricultural resources are made up of natural resources and social resources.Jilin Province is located in the Northeast Plain of our country, is one of the important grain production places of our country.Changchun, as the capital of Jilin province, has abundant agricultural resources and high yield of grain crops, but the overall level of agricultural economic development is not too high.Therefore, how to make efficient use of agricultural resources has become one of the urgent problems in Changchun.Based on the theory of agricultural ecosystem, the theory of sustainable development of agricultural resources, the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of market economy allocation in the utilization of agricultural resources, this paper analyzes the agricultural resources of Changchun.It is also found that the unsustainable situation of land and water resources in Changchun is more serious at present, which has a great influence on the ecosystem safety of Changchun.In view of this problem, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the efficient utilization of agricultural resources: firstly, it is necessary to implement the method of improving land use efficiency and to achieve this goal by means of saving and intensive use.The second is to improve water conservancy construction, improve the utilization rate of water resources.The third is to control soil erosion and ensure the sustainable use of land resources.Fourth, with the help of resource advantages, the development of green agricultural products.Fifth, improve the comprehensive development of agriculture, achieve multi-functional agricultural production.Finally, promote the development of agricultural modernization and industrialization.Based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural resources in Changchun, this paper discusses the existing problems, and obtains some measures to improve the utilization ratio of agricultural resources and the comprehensive productivity.It is of great practical significance for the utilization of agricultural resources and grain production in Changchun to provide feasible suggestions for maximizing agricultural benefits.
