我国农村土地资源环境规划建设的思考

【摘要】：党的十八大把建立新型农村经济环境作为未来国家发展的重点和主要目标。同时强调发展农村经济,建设新农村、创造生态环境是各项工作的重中之重。李克强总理在国务院有关会议上强调"今后一个时期工作重点是改造治理城乡环境污染,节能、减排、创造一个净化的、良好的城乡一体化的自然环境"。农村土地资源环境规划建设是发展农村绿色、生态、新型农村经济的基础,它关系到中国几亿农民的生存和生活质量的大问题,因此今后在农村土地资源环境规划建设方面提倡绿色、循环、低碳经济,实现新农村的新型经济体系。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Party regards the establishment of a new rural economic environment as the focus and main goal of future national development. At the same time, it emphasizes the development of rural economy, the construction of new countryside and the creation of ecological environment. Premier Li Keqiang stressed at the relevant meeting of the State Council that "the key work in the coming period is to reform and control urban and rural environmental pollution, save energy, reduce emissions, and create a clean, good urban-rural integrated natural environment." The planning and construction of rural land resources and environment is the basis of developing rural green, ecological and new rural economy, which is related to the survival and quality of life of hundreds of millions of farmers in China. Therefore, in the planning and construction of rural land resources and environment in the future, green, circular, low-carbon economy will be advocated to realize the new economic system in the new countryside.
