【摘要】：福建土楼是位于闽南、闽西地区的土楼,是重要的世界文化遗产,是先民智慧的结晶,既有宝贵的文化价值,同时也是重要的文化旅游资源。作为旅游资源的福建土楼,是闽西、闽南地区人文与自然景观完美和谐的统一,有丰富的旅游价值可供发掘,完全可以打造成为有别于武夷山和鼓浪屿的又一个福建地区的著名旅游景点。永定与南靖土楼群现都已经成为5A级景区,正说明了其良好的旅游开发前景。本文围绕“旅游资源开发”这一主旨,探索作为旅游资源的福建土楼健康和可持续性开发的正确方向、旅游开发的具体方式和内容、旅游开发与文化遗产保护的共生性以及福建土楼旅游开发的经济与社会效益,以寻求当下福建土楼旅游产品单一、游客体验差、文化内涵模糊、经济开发与遗产保护及居民生活矛盾突出、经济效益与社会效益差等种种问题的破解之法,建构起福建土楼旅游开发以体验式的文化旅游为核心的立体化的旅游开发模式,并寻求在市场化的商业体系中,实现文化遗产保护与旅游开发的和谐统一,以期为文化遗产的存续与发展提供可资研究、借鉴的样本。本文主要从背景、意义、价值、目标和国内外研究现状来确定论文选题,通过福建土楼的建筑特征、文化背景和旅游资源特点来研究旅游开发的必要性和可行性。在阐述福建土楼旅游开发现状的基础上,通过实地调研,认真分析旅游市场需求,提出从政府重视土楼保护、拓宽投融资渠道、增强土楼居民参与性、完善配套设施、丰富开发手段、加快人才建设和加大宣传力度等手段,来解决政府不重视土楼保护、景区管理不善、资源利用率低、人才匮乏和品牌意识不强等突出问题,从而推动福建土楼旅游健康可持续性发展。
[Abstract]:Fujian Tulou is located in the south of Fujian and the western part of Fujian. It is an important world cultural heritage and a crystallization of the wisdom of the ancestors. It has valuable cultural value and is also an important cultural tourism resource. Fujian Tulou, as a tourist resource, is the perfect and harmonious unity of the humanities and natural landscape in the western Fujian and the southern Fujian, and has rich tourism value to be explored. It can be made into another famous tourist attraction in Fujian Province, which is different from Wuyi Mountain and Gulangyu. Yongding and Nanjing Tulou Group have become 5A class scenic spot, which shows its good prospect of tourism development. Focusing on the theme of "tourism resource development", this paper explores the correct direction of healthy and sustainable development of Fujian Tulou as a tourist resource, and the specific ways and contents of tourism development. The symbiosis between tourism development and cultural heritage protection, and the economic and social benefits of tourism development of Fujian Tulou, in order to seek the single tourism product of Fujian Tulou, poor tourist experience and vague cultural connotation. In order to solve the problems of economic development, heritage protection and residents' life, and the difference between economic benefits and social benefits, the paper constructs a three-dimensional tourism development model of Fujian Tulou tourism development, which is centered on experiential cultural tourism. It also seeks to realize the harmonious unity between the protection of cultural heritage and the development of tourism in the market-oriented commercial system in order to provide a sample for the research and development of cultural heritage. This paper mainly from the background, significance, value, objectives and domestic and foreign research status to determine the topic of the paper, through the architectural characteristics of Fujian earthen, cultural background and tourism resources characteristics to study the necessity and feasibility of tourism development. On the basis of expounding the present situation of tourism development in Fujian Tulou, through field investigation and analysis of tourism market demand, this paper puts forward that the government should attach importance to the protection of earthen buildings, widen the channels of investment and financing, strengthen the participation of the residents of Tulou, and improve the supporting facilities. To enrich the means of development, speed up the construction of talents and intensify propaganda to solve the outstanding problems such as the government does not attach importance to the protection of earthen buildings, the scenic spots are poorly managed, the utilization of resources is low, the talents are scarce and the brand awareness is not strong. So as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Fujian Tulou tourism.
