【摘要】：本论文在功能理论、文化变迁理论的指导下,采用访谈法和参与观察法来探讨安塞腰鼓在不同时代的社会文化功能及它的现状和发展趋势。通过安塞腰鼓这一个案,阐明国家政策对于文化发展的重要性及大众的参与对于文化发展的必要性。在此基础上,借鉴国内外非物质文化研究的成果,为安塞腰鼓的保护与传承提出思考与建议。文中包括以下几个部分：绪论对选题缘由与意义、相关研究动态、主要理论及研究方法做了介绍。第二章则交代了安塞腰鼓存在的地理环境和社会历史背景.从地理和历史的层面分析安塞腰鼓的存在原因和特点。第三章介绍了安塞腰鼓功能的发展变化历程。主要以时间为轴,考证了安塞腰鼓形成的原因及功能的变迁。安塞腰鼓的形成是西北少数民族和中原文化结合的产物。在宗教世俗化后,它的功能逐步扩展为民众祈福娱乐的工具。随着历史的变迁,它成为宣传政治的工具,之后又成为经济的增长点。第四章分析了安塞腰鼓的现状和问题。主要从腰鼓传承的角度来分析,并结合国内外经验,提出了相应的建议：发挥政府导向作用；国家出资建立腰鼓传承体系；旅游带动腰鼓发展。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of function theory and cultural change theory, this paper discusses the social and cultural function of Ansai waist drum in different times and its current situation and development trend by means of interview method and participation observation method. This paper expounds the importance of national policy to the development of culture and the necessity of popular participation for the development of culture. On this basis, the author draws lessons from the achievements of the research on immaterial culture at home and abroad, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the protection and inheritance of Ansai waist drum. The text includes the following parts:. Introduction to the reason and significance of the topic, related research trends, the main theory and research methods are introduced. The second chapter explains the geographical environment and social and historical background of Ansai waist drum, and analyzes the reason and characteristics of Ansai waist drum from geography and history. The third chapter introduces the history of the development of Ansai waist drum function. The formation of Ansai waist drum is the product of the combination of the northwest ethnic minorities and the Central Plains culture. After the secularization of religion, the formation of Ansai waist drum is a product of the integration of the northwest ethnic minorities and the Central Plains culture. With the change of history, it becomes the tool of propaganda and politics, and then the growth point of economy. Chapter 4th analyzes the current situation and problems of Ansai waist drum, mainly from the perspective of waist drum inheritance, and combined with the experience at home and abroad, put forward the corresponding suggestions: give play to the role of government guidance; Tourism drives the development of waist drum.
