【摘要】:手把肉是蒙古族最喜欢、最常用的传统食品,黑龙江地区的蒙古族人也保留了这个饮食习惯,其制作食用特点与及其他地区蒙古族大同小异;手把肉是几千年来蒙古族生存的自然地理环境和生产生活方式的必然产物,曾在蒙古族的历史演进中发挥出深远长久而积极的文化影响;在市场经济时代,手把肉已成为蒙古族餐饮业的主餐品之一,对发展蒙古族地区第三产业,传承、光大蒙古族饮食文化风俗具有积极的影响。
[Abstract]:Hand meat is the Mongolian favorite, the most commonly used traditional food, Heilongjiang Mongol people also retained this eating habit, its production and eating characteristics and other regions of the Mongolian people are much the same; Handheld meat is the inevitable product of the Mongolian natural geographical environment and the way of production and life for thousands of years. It has played a far-reaching and positive cultural influence in the historical evolution of the Mongols; in the era of market economy, Handheld meat has become one of the main food products in Mongolian catering industry, which has a positive influence on the development of the third industry, inheritance and customs of Mongolian diet culture.
