【摘要】：民族传统文化的衰退问题是各民族在现代化进程中出现的重大问题,在世界范围内普遍存在,是学术界讨论的热点。本文围绕在市场经济条件下,如何保护和发展中国俄罗斯族传统文化这一主题,从保护和发展民族传统文化的相关理论分析入手,探讨俄罗斯族传统文化的形成及其变迁的原因,提出俄罗斯族传统文化保护和转型的措施和建议。全文除前言和结束语外,共分三部分。第一部分通过对民族传统文化相关理论的梳理和分析,为新疆俄罗斯族民族传统文化的保护和发展问题研究奠定理论基础。第二部分介绍了中国俄罗斯族的形成、发展、分布情况和俄罗斯族传统文化的主要内容,简单回顾了新疆俄罗斯族传统文化变迁过程,分析了市场经济条件下新疆俄罗斯族传统文化发展面临的困难,进一步探究了导致这一现状产生的原因。第三部分针对新疆俄罗斯族传统文化的特点和发展现状,对其文化转型和保护提出措施和建议。本论文研究的目的和宗旨在于:加强对中国俄罗斯族的研究,为新疆维吾尔自治区政府针对人口较少民族展开的帮扶工作,提出建设性的意见。本论文的新意在于:1.较为准确的定义了民族传统文化。2.分析并总结了中国俄罗斯族传统文化的特点和发展阶段。3.深入分析了市场经济条件下新疆俄罗斯族传统文化发展面临的困难及产生的原因。4.对新疆俄罗斯传统文化的发展、保护工作提出了有针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:The decline of national traditional culture is a major problem in the process of modernization of all ethnic groups, which exists in the world and is a hot topic in academic circles. This paper revolves around the conditions of market economy. How to protect and develop the traditional culture of the Russian nationality in China, starting with the theoretical analysis of the protection and development of the traditional culture of the Russian nationality, this paper discusses the formation of the traditional culture of the Russian nationality and the reasons for its vicissitude. The measures and suggestions for the protection and transformation of Russian traditional culture are put forward. In addition to the preface and concluding remarks, the full text is divided into three parts. The first part of the national traditional culture through the combing and analysis of the relevant theories, It lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the protection and development of the traditional culture of the ethnic Russians in Xinjiang. The second part introduces the formation, development, distribution and main contents of the traditional culture of the ethnic Russians in China. This paper briefly reviews the changing process of the traditional culture of the ethnic Russians in Xinjiang, and analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of the traditional culture of the ethnic Russians in Xinjiang under the condition of market economy. The third part aims at the characteristics and development of the traditional culture of the ethnic Russians in Xinjiang, and puts forward some measures and suggestions for its cultural transformation and protection. The purpose and purpose of this paper is to strengthen the study of Russian nationality in China, and put forward constructive suggestions for the government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region to help the minority nationalities. The new meaning of this thesis lies in: 1. Define the national traditional culture more accurately. 2. Analyze and summarize the characteristics and development stage of the Chinese Russian traditional culture. 3. Deeply analyze the Xinjiang Russian tradition under the condition of market economy. The difficulties faced by the Cultural Development and the reasons for its emergence. 4. The development of traditional Russian culture in Xinjiang, The protection work has put forward the pertinence suggestion.
