影响多民族城市族际交往的因素及对策建议——以青海省西宁市为例

【摘要】：在民族众多、文化多元的西宁市,各民族之间的关系总体和谐,但宗教信仰的差异、民族文化认知的偏差、历史事件的影响、人口流动与居住格局的变迁等仍然是影响族际良性互动的因素。因此,要建设一个多元文化共存与多民族和谐相处的多民族城市,需要民间层面和政府层面的共同努力。在民间层面,不同民族要在正确认知他民族文化的基础上加强交流与互动;在政府层面,政府要做好城市民族工作的管理与服务,宣传民族政策、促进民族间的理解与宽容。
[Abstract]:In Xining City, where there are many nationalities and diverse cultures, the relations between different ethnic groups are generally harmonious, but the differences in religious beliefs, the deviation of national cultural cognition, and the influence of historical events, The changes of population mobility and living pattern are still the factors that influence the positive interaction among ethnic groups. Therefore, we should build a multi-national city with multi-cultural coexistence and multi-national harmony. At the folk level, different nationalities should strengthen communication and interaction on the basis of correct understanding of other national culture, and at the government level, the government should do well the management and service of urban ethnic work. Propagandize national policies and promote understanding and tolerance among ethnic groups.
