探究发电企业思想政治工作与企业文化的有机结合

【摘要】：目前我国的发电企业均在不断建设与发展之中,发电企业的发展与国家的经济体系之间的关系十分密切,因此发电企业需要高度重视思想政治方面的建设工作。为了能够进一步提升企业发展和生存能力,需要做好企业思想政治方面的改进和强化,将思想政治工作与企业文化进行有效的结合,不断的提升企业的综合实力。本文以发电企业作为研究对象,探讨发电企业思想政治工作与企业文化的有机结合,希望可以对企业的发展提供建设性的指导意见。
[Abstract]:At present, the power generation enterprises in our country are constantly building and developing, and the relationship between the development of the power generation enterprises and the national economic system is very close. Therefore, the power generation enterprises need to attach great importance to the ideological and political aspects of the construction work. In order to further improve the development and survival ability of enterprises, it is necessary to improve and strengthen the ideological and political aspects of enterprises, to effectively combine ideological and political work with corporate culture, and to continuously enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises. This paper takes the power generation enterprise as the research object, discusses the organic combination of the ideological and political work and the enterprise culture of the power generation enterprise, hoping to provide constructive guidance for the development of the enterprise.
