论中国图书版权贸易的文化策略

【摘要】:本文提出了中国图书版权贸易的文化策略,尝试解决我国版权贸易入超严重这一问题。让版权贸易的解决方案最终回归到文化本身,用文化策略应对文化产品所面对的困难,让文化这个知识经济的核心最终带动相关产业的发展。 自从20世纪90年代以来,西方发达国家在版权贸易上取得了长足的进步,为其国民经济的发展带来了可观的收益。各国对版权贸易给予了前所未有的重视。也是从此时起,我国也开始关注版权贸易产业发展问题。但相比西方发达国家版权贸易数量、质量,我国版权贸易还存在着不小的差距。我国版权贸易发展迅速,在黄金期平均每年以将近10%的速度增长,但其引进输出数量上的巨大不平衡、文化辐射范围的有限性、输出文化内容种类的单一性已经成为长期以来我国图书版权贸易的突出特点。在这种情形下,选择一种能有效提高我国图书版权贸易竞争力的方式,拉动我国图书版权贸易的增长已经成为了当务之急。 对于拉动我国图书版权贸易的增长,涉及到许多因素,大体包括政府层面、技术层面和文化层面这三个方面。版权贸易的本质是一种文化输出,是内容本身所具有的文化吸引力,所以要获得版权贸易输出数量的增长,必须从根本抓起。从我国图书版权贸易的文化策略这个战略层面上来说,增强文化自觉、培养文化渗透力、促进文化创新和发展文化品牌是其四个主要方面;而从内容层面这一战术层面上来说,提升文化内涵与文化辐射力是其两个主要方面。提升文化内涵,更进一步说是要提升文化经典的现代适应性和创造具有世界文化适应性的作品;提升文化辐射力,更进一步说是要提高图书表现力和建立图书文化品牌。在战略战术的配合下,我国图书版权贸易才能更好地走向世界。
[Abstract]:This paper puts forward the cultural strategy of book copyright trade in China, and tries to solve the problem that the copyright trade in our country is more serious, so that the solution of copyright trade can finally return to the culture itself. Cultural strategies are used to deal with the difficulties faced by cultural products, so that culture, the core of knowledge economy, will eventually lead to the development of related industries. Since 1990s, western developed countries have made great progress in copyright trade. For the development of its national economy has brought considerable benefits. Countries have given unprecedented attention to copyright trade. It is also from this time. China has also begun to pay attention to the development of copyright trade industry, but compared with the western developed countries copyright trade quantity and quality, there is still a large gap between China's copyright trade and the rapid development of copyright trade. In the golden period, the average annual growth rate is nearly 10%, but its import and export amount of huge imbalance, the limited scope of cultural radiation. The singularity of exporting cultural content has become a prominent feature of the book copyright trade in China for a long time. In this case, choose a way that can effectively improve the competitiveness of book copyright trade in China. It is urgent to stimulate the growth of book copyright trade in China. To stimulate the growth of book copyright trade in China, there are many factors involved, including government level, technical level and cultural level. The nature of copyright trade is a kind of cultural output. It is the cultural attraction of the content itself, so in order to obtain the increase of the export quantity of copyright trade, we must start from the fundamental level, from the cultural strategy of the book copyright trade of our country. Enhancing cultural consciousness, cultivating cultural penetration, promoting cultural innovation and developing cultural brand are its four main aspects; From the content level of the tactical level, the promotion of cultural connotation and cultural radiation are its two main aspects. Furthermore, it is necessary to promote the modern adaptability of cultural classics and to create works with world cultural adaptability. In order to improve the expression of books and establish the brand of book culture, only with the cooperation of strategy and tactics, can the book copyright trade of our country go to the world better.
