图书馆联盟参与数字出版的优势与模式研究

【摘要】：本文从资源配置、资金保障、技术支持、沟通合作、人员激励等方面探讨了图书馆联盟参与数字出版的优势,基于ICOLC网站提供的图书馆联盟数字出版职能,将图书馆联盟参与数字出版的模式归纳为机构知识库、OA期刊、OA图书、开放科学以及倡导OA活动等,对图书馆联盟参与数字出版可能存在的内部协调、外部竞争、成员馆主动性丧失、版权风险等问题进行了思考。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the advantages of library alliance in digital publishing from the aspects of resource allocation, fund guarantee, technical support, communication and cooperation, staff motivation, etc., which is based on the function of library alliance digital publishing provided by ICOLC website. The model of library alliance participating in digital publishing is summarized as institutional knowledge base and OA periodicals, open science and advocating OA activities, and the internal coordination and external competition of library alliance participating in digital publishing. The loss of initiative and copyright risk of member libraries are considered.
