大学出版社发展数字出版的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:现代社会文化的传播已不再局限于传统媒体的传播形式,基于互联网进行文化传播的形式逐步为人们所广泛接受。伴随着阅读习惯和阅读环境以及出版技术的日益变化,传统出版在传播的时效性、载体形式的多样性以及出版流程的经济性等多方面均已表现出明显的不足,难以满足人们个性而多样化的阅读需求。“数字出版”作为数字信息时代的一种新型出版形式,它以其先进的技术支撑,高度的内容集成、高效能的环保低碳及显著的市场化优势,正给各国出版业突破产业困局、推动产业结构升级和寻求新的利益增长空间提供了方向。大学出版社作为传统出版业的一个重要领域,正处于传统出版向现代出版,计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型的重大变革期,传统出版体制及流程的积弊严重束缚了大学出版生产力的发展,面临数字信息技术带来的机遇,走数字出版发展之路将是大学出版社参与未来的新型竞争的有效路径和必然要求,因而对大学出版社发展数字出版的相关问题及对策进行研究,对其提升行业竞争力,更加主动地参与未来出版市场竞争意义重大。本论文研究的主要内容包括:结合我国数字出版的发展特征、主要的产品形态和总体发展趋势,系统分析大学出版社发展数字出版的深层背景和动因,并对大学出版社的数字出版发展现状进行分析,归纳总结出大学出版社数字出版的特征,通过对大学出版社进行SWOT分析,明晰大学出版社发展数字出版的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,从而明确大学出版社的数字出版定位,在前期分析的基础上针对相关问题提出大学出版社数字出版的相应对策,即克服零散,实施横向协同发展战略;立足产品特色的差异化发展战略;实施人才强社战略,加强数字出版复合型人才建设。
[Abstract]:The dissemination of modern culture is no longer confined to the traditional media, and the form of cultural communication based on the Internet has gradually been widely accepted by people, along with the increasingly changing reading habits, reading environment and publishing technology. Traditional publishing has shown obvious shortcomings in many aspects, such as the timeliness of communication, the diversity of carrier forms and the economy of publishing process. Digital publishing, as a new type of publishing form in the digital information age, is supported by advanced technology and highly integrated in content. The high efficiency, low carbon and market-oriented advantages are providing a direction for the publishing industry of various countries to break through the industrial difficulties, promote the upgrading of industrial structure and seek new space for the growth of interests. University Press is an important field of traditional publishing industry. In the period of transformation from traditional publishing to modern publishing and from planned economy system to market economy system, the traditional publishing system and process seriously constrain the development of university publishing productivity and face the opportunity brought by digital information technology. Taking the road of digital publishing development will be the effective path and inevitable requirement for university publishing houses to participate in the new competition in the future. Therefore, the paper studies the related problems and countermeasures of the development of digital publishing by university publishing houses, and promotes the competitiveness of the industry. It is of great significance to participate more actively in the competition of the future publishing market. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: combined with the characteristics of the development of digital publishing in China, the main product forms and the overall development trend, This paper systematically analyzes the deep background and motivation of the development of digital publishing in university publishing houses, and analyzes the present situation of the development of digital publishing of university publishing houses, summarizes the characteristics of digital publishing of university publishing houses, and analyzes the characteristics of digital publishing of university publishing houses through the SWOT analysis of university publishing houses. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of digital publishing by university publishing houses are clarified, and the position of digital publishing of university publishing houses is clarified. On the basis of previous analysis, the corresponding countermeasures for digital publishing of university publishing houses are put forward. That is, to overcome the scattered, to implement the horizontal coordinated development strategy, to base on the product characteristics of the differentiated development strategy, to implement the strategy of strengthening the community of talents, and to strengthen the construction of the compound talents of digital publishing.
