民间音乐出版物版权保护难题及破解

【摘要】：民间音乐出版物,即关于民间音乐的出版物,因市场狭小,正规出版社很少经营,主要靠民间艺人、传统音乐爱好者为了民间音乐的传承而私自、非公开地进行民间音乐作品的印制与散发,因为处于法律灰色地带,自然就易引发版权纠纷。只有正视民间音乐之出版物的价值,合理解决现存的版权保护难题,才能实现民间音乐传承与版权保护的互促共进。
[Abstract]:Folk music publications, that is, publications on folk music, because of the narrow market, the formal publishing houses rarely operate, mainly relying on folk artists, traditional music lovers for the heritage of folk music and private, Private production and distribution of folk music works, because in the legal gray area, it is easy to lead to copyright disputes. Only by facing up to the value of the publication of folk music and reasonably solving the existing problems of copyright protection can we realize the mutual promotion of folk music inheritance and copyright protection.
