【摘要】：正早在1980年,著名的未来学家阿尔文·托夫勒便在《第三次浪潮》一书中,将大数据赞颂为"第三次浪潮的华彩乐章"。2009年前后,"大数据"一词才开始逐步受到信息技术行业的重视。在经历了几年的批判、质疑、讨论、炒作之后,大数据迎来了属于它的时代。2012年3月,美国白宫科技政策办公室发布《大数据研究和发展计划》,成立"大数据高级指导小组",率先将"大数据战略"上升为国家战略。2014年3月,"大数据"首次出现在我国《政府工作报告》
