【摘要】：本文以思想政治教育与党风廉政建设的关系为理论探讨基础,以党的思想建设反腐倡廉理论路径为考量框架,对党风廉政建设中出现的问题进行系统和多方面的分析,诠释思想政治教育在党风廉政建设中的理论意义和实践意义,为构建健康和谐的中国梦作出强有力的支撑。习近平同志指出:“坚持党要管党,从严治党,强化党对党风廉政建设和反腐败工作统一领导,强化反腐败体制机制创新和制度保障,加强思想政治教育,严明党的纪律,坚持不懈纠正‘四风’保持惩治腐败高压势态,努力取得人民群众比较满意的进展和成效。”(1)第一部分对选题的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法及创新点进行阐述。第二部分阐述思想政治教育与党风廉政建设的理论内涵。第三部分在厘清思想政治教育与党风廉政建设内在关系基础上,把握思想政治教育的基础性地位、中心内容、源头治理,融合相关思想理论推进党风廉政建设的发展。第四部分对思想政治教育在党风廉政建设的原因进行分析,提出具体原因。第五部分针对存在的问题,提出解决问题的方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the relationship between Ideological and political education and the building of the party as the theoretical basis of the ideological construction of the party, with the theory of anti-corruption path into consideration framework, analysis system and many aspects of honest government problems in the interpretation of the ideological and political education in the honest government in the meaning of theory and practice, make a strong the support for the construction of healthy and harmonious China dream. Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out: "adhere to the party to manage the party strictly, strengthen the Party of clean government and anti-corruption work of the unified leadership, strengthen anti-corruption institutional innovation and system security, strengthen ideological and political education, strict party discipline, unremittingly to correct" four wind "to keep punishing corruption high momentum, efforts to achieve progress and effectiveness people satisfied with the." (1) the first part describes the research background, research significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and innovation points. The second part expounds the theoretical connotation of the ideological and political education and the construction of a clean and honest government. The third part, based on clarifying the internal relationship between Ideological and political education and building a clean and honest government, grasps the basic position, central content and source governance of Ideological and political education, and integrates relevant theories to promote the development of party conduct and clean government. The fourth part of the ideological and political education in the Party style and clean government construction of the reasons for the analysis, and put forward specific reasons. The fifth part, in view of the existing problems, proposes a solution to the problem.
