【摘要】：防治干部"带病提拔",必须解决干部动议、民主推荐、组织考察、综合审查等环节中存在的问题。干部动议需要夯实动议基础、规范动议时机、明确动议程序。民主推荐需要合理界定参会人员范围、制定切实可行推荐方案、探索实行多种推荐方式、科学运用民主推荐结果。组织考察需要在组建高质量考察组的基础上,强化日常考察、注重德行考察、拓宽考察渠道、突出实绩考察。综合审查必须把廉政审查贯穿始终,做好经济责任审计。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to solve the problems in Cadres' motion, democratic recommendation, organization investigation and comprehensive review. The motion of a cadre needs to consolidate the foundation of the motion, the timing of the motion, and the procedure of motion. Democratic recommendation requires reasonably defining the scope of participants, making feasible proposals, exploring various ways of recommendation and scientifically applying the results of democratic recommendation. On the basis of the establishment of high quality inspection group, the organization inspection should strengthen the daily inspection, pay attention to the investigation of virtue, broaden the investigation channel and highlight the achievement inspection. The comprehensive review must make the examination of the clean government run through and do a good job of economic responsibility audit.
