【摘要】：正举世瞩目的党的十八届五中全会,圆满落下帷幕。这是我国即将进入全面建成小康社会决胜阶段召开的一次重要会议。全会听取和讨论了习近平总书记受中央政治局委托作的工作报告,审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划的建议》(以下简称《建议》)。全会认为,到2020年全面建成小康社会,是我们党确定的"两个一百年"奋斗目标的第一个百年奋斗目标。全会高度评价"十二五"时期特别是党的十八大以来我国取得的
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee is attracting worldwide attention. This is an important meeting that China is about to enter into the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The plenary session listened to and discussed the work report commissioned by General Secretary Xi Jinping by the political Bureau of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China. The "proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development" (hereinafter referred to as "the proposal") was deliberated and adopted. The plenum held that a well-off society should be built in an all-round way by 2020. It is the first century-long goal of the "two hundred years" struggle set by our Party. The plenum highly appraised the achievements of our country during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, especially since the 18 National Congress of the Party.
