新疆南疆地区基层组织建设存在问题及对策

【摘要】：基层组织建设事关新疆南疆地区社会的稳定与发展。当前,新疆南疆地区基层组织建设在干部的数量、综合素质、工作思路、工作方法、对党的民族宗教政策的领悟和党的统战工作重要性的认知等方面存在诸多问题。在新疆社会发展面临新环境与新机遇的背景下,进一步加强基层组织建设是新疆各级政府提高治理能力、推动科学发展的基本路径。
[Abstract]:The construction of grass-roots organizations has a bearing on the stability and development of the society in the southern Xinjiang region. At present, the number of cadres, the comprehensive quality, the working ideas and the working methods of the grassroots organizations in the southern Xinjiang region, There are many problems in understanding the Party's national and religious policies and the importance of the Party's United front work. In the context of the new environment and new opportunities for social development in Xinjiang, Further strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations is the basic way for governments at all levels in Xinjiang to improve their governance ability and promote scientific development.
