“问题下属”的常见病象、诱发因素及矫治之方

【摘要】:正在现实工作中,一个组织、一个部门中似乎总是存在让领导头疼、不听指挥的下属,其或是在做事的过程中极为低效,或是对事情的设想与描述远远优于实际的效果,或是在领导提出意见与建议时第一时间表现出反感与对立情绪,或是墨守成规,不愿尝试新事物。如何实现对这些"问题下属"的成功改造和高效领导,成为组织发展中必须解决的关键问题之一。基于此,本文拟基于领导者的视角探析下属不良行为产生的根源,并提出防治措施。
[Abstract]:In the real world of work, it seems that there are always subordinates in an organization or a department who make leaders headache and do not listen to orders. They are either extremely inefficient in the process of doing things, or they are far more effective in imagining and describing things than they actually are. They either show aversion and antagonism at the first time when the leaders give their opinions and suggestions, or they stick to the rules and are unwilling to try new things. How to achieve the successful transformation and efficient leadership of these "problem subordinates"? It is one of the key problems that must be solved in organizational development. Based on this, this paper intends to explore the root causes of subordinates' bad behavior from the perspective of leaders, and puts forward preventive measures.
