【摘要】：正今年38岁的殷路新,现任中铁四局一公司郑州地下管廊项目部工会主席。她在工作中奉行"团结、友爱、奉献、互助、自愿"的行为准则,全身心地关怀服务一线农民工。作为工会主席和关爱农民工志愿者,她感到肩上责任重大。如何让农民工感受到来自项目部领导和工会组织的温暖,并以多种形式充实丰富农民工业余生活,是萦绕她心中的头等大事。
