规制网络反腐的多维路径

【摘要】：当前我国网络反腐的规制应当从整体的角度系统考虑,通过完善网络反腐法律规范体系、健全相关配套机制、培养法治思维方式、加强网络道德建设、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,为网络反腐的有序运行和健康发展提供制度保障。
[Abstract]:At present, the regulation of network anti-corruption in our country should be considered systematically from the whole angle, through perfecting the legal standard system of network anti-corruption, perfecting the relevant supporting mechanism, cultivating the mode of thinking of ruling by law, strengthening the construction of network morality. Cultivate and practice the socialist core values and provide institutional guarantee for the orderly operation and healthy development of network anti-corruption.
