胡耀邦青年教育思想研究

【摘要】:胡耀邦是我国伟大的无产阶级革命家、理论家,中华人民共和国卓越领导人之一,也是中国人民军队杰出的政治工作者。他还有一个重要身份,就是中国共产主义青年团的主要领导人。胡耀邦尊重青年,重视青年教育,在长期的青年教育工作中,为青年团的发展做出了巨大贡献,形成了独具特点的青年教育思想。青年教育工作之所以重要一方面是由青年自身的特点决定的。青年是祖国的未来,民族的希望,他们朝气蓬勃,充满力量。青少年时期也是世界观、人生观和价值观形成的一个关键时期,他们思想活跃,乐于接受新鲜事物,但知识经验不足使他们很容易受到一些不良社会思潮的影响,没有正确的引导很有可能走上歪路。另一方面,在当今社会,青年的理想信念缺失问题比较严重,对社会主义核心价值观缺乏认识和实践,并且青年教育工作还存在很多问题,诸如培养目标不明确、忽视青年的主体性、教育过程重认知轻实践等问题。因此,研究胡耀邦的青年教育思想对于加强青年理想信念教育,以及顺利开展青年教育工作都具有重要的指导意义。胡耀邦青年教育思想的形成有其特定的历史背景,其思想是在一定的社会环境和自身实践的相互作用下逐渐形成并发展起来的。坚持共产主义理想信念教育是胡耀邦青年教育思想的核心内容,同时包括加强青年的科学文化技术教育,培养全面的社会主义建设者和接班人的教育。青年团在胡耀邦的指导下,以“背靠党委、面向青年”为主要原则实事求是地开展青年教育工作,积极主动地带领广大青年向模范典型学习,努力探索适合青年自身特点的教育方法。胡耀邦一生重视人民群众的力量,在青年教育工作中密切与青年群众的联系,始终把群众的利益放在首位。在知识经济日益发达的今天,唯有创新才能不断发展,青年作为社会创新的主要力量,国家的发展需要他们注入新鲜血液。因此,鼓励青年创新创业是社会发展的主要趋势,也是青年自身成才的重要保证。研究胡耀邦青年教育思想对于开展群众路线教育工作,以及培养青年的创新创业能力都具有深刻的时代意义。
[Abstract]:Hu Yaobang is a great proletarian revolutionary, theoretician, one of the outstanding leaders of the people's Republic of China, and an outstanding political worker of the Chinese people's Army. Is the main leader of the Communist Youth League of China. Hu Yaobang respects and attaches importance to youth education, and has made great contributions to the development of the Youth League in the long-term work of youth education. The youth education work is determined on the one hand by the characteristics of the youth themselves. Youth are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation, and they are full of vigor and vitality. Full of power. Adolescence is also a critical time for the formation of world outlook, outlook on life, and values. They are active in thinking and willing to accept new things, but their lack of knowledge and experience makes them vulnerable to some unhealthy social trends of thought. On the other hand, in today's society, the lack of ideals and beliefs among young people is quite serious, the lack of understanding and practice of socialist core values, and there are still many problems in the work of youth education. Such problems as unclear training objectives, neglecting the subjectivity of young people, and emphasizing cognition and practice on the educational process, etc., therefore, to study Hu Yaobang's youth education thought can strengthen the education of youth ideals and beliefs. The formation of Hu Yaobang's youth education thought has its specific historical background. His thought was gradually formed and developed under the interaction of certain social environment and his own practice. The education of adhering to communist ideals and beliefs is the core content of Hu Yaobang's youth education thought. At the same time, it includes strengthening the scientific, cultural and technological education of the youth and training the education of comprehensive socialist builders and successors. Under the guidance of Hu Yaobang, the Youth League "relies on the Party committee," Youth oriented "as the main principle, youth education should be carried out in a practical and realistic manner, actively lead young people to learn from model models, and strive to explore educational methods suited to the youth's own characteristics." Hu Yaobang attached great importance to the strength of the masses throughout his life. In the work of youth education, we should keep close ties with the young masses and always put the interests of the masses in the first place. Today, when the knowledge economy is increasingly developed, only innovation can continue to develop, and young people are the main force in social innovation. The development of the country needs them to inject fresh blood. Therefore, encouraging young people to innovate and start businesses is the main trend of social development and an important guarantee for young people to become talented themselves. As well as the cultivation of young people's innovative entrepreneurial ability have profound significance of the times.
