共青团改革的逻辑回归:历史与政治的解读

【摘要】：在当代中国诸多政治关系中,"党—团—青"的逻辑架构始于历史、重在现实、指向未来。作为党联系青年的桥梁和纽带,以党的价值观引领青年,通过服务青年为党赢得青年,是共青团成立之初心,也是改革的逻辑起点。而共青团改革的核心要义在于变革工作运作模式,回归群团自身逻辑,更加有效地服务青年,在国家与原子化社会之间,不依赖于行政体系而要通过基层组织和骨干重建社会中间层网络。密切联系青年是共青团对政治组织转型之路有重要价值的实践探索。
[Abstract]:Among all the political relations in contemporary China, the logical structure of "party-region-youth" begins in history, focusing on reality and pointing to the future. As a bridge and link between the Party and youth, the Party leads the youth by the values of the Party and wins the youth for the Party by serving the youth. It is the heart of the founding of the Communist Youth League and the logical starting point of the reform. The core of the reform of the Communist Youth League is to change the mode of operation of the work, to return to the logic of the Youth League itself, to serve the youth more effectively, and to serve the youth more effectively between the state and the atomized society. Independent of administrative system, it is necessary to rebuild the middle layer network of society through grass-roots organizations and backbone. It is an important practical exploration that the Communist Youth League has great value in the transformation of political organizations.
