中国共产党廉洁形象建设的思考

【摘要】：政党形象的社会呈现基于一定的因素,政党组织的DNA对其形象具有决定意义。党的形象建设必须处理好应然性与实然性、整体性与个体性、正面性与负面性、历史性与现实性等关系。中国共产党的形象树立于中国革命、建设和改革的历史过程,塑造于领导中国人民为实现民族复兴而奋斗的伟大实践。党的形象建设中,党风与廉政紧密联系,但又不能相互代替。在党的十八大后推进全面从严治党实践的新形势下,提出廉洁型政党的建设目标顺应党心民心。坚持继承与创新双管齐下,注重共产党人政治本色的时代新形象建设;坚持以人民为中心的思想加强廉洁形象建设,坚决反对"形象工程";抓住"关键少数",发挥领导干部在廉洁型政党建设中的骨干作用;以净化党内政治生态为目标,加强对权力运行的制约和监督;着力政党文化的先进性建设,丰富廉洁型政党的伦理道德思想等,这些将是中国共产党廉洁形象建设的路径。
[Abstract]:The social appearance of the party image is based on certain factors, and the DNA of the party organization has decisive significance to its image. The party image construction must deal well with the ought and the reality, the integrity and the individuality, the positive and the negative. The image of the Communist Party of China is built in the historical process of Chinese revolution, construction and reform, and is shaped in the great practice of leading the Chinese people to strive for national rejuvenation. The Party style and clean government are closely linked, but cannot be substituted for each other. Under the new situation of promoting comprehensive and strict administration of the party after the 18 National Congress of the Party, it is proposed that the goal of building a clean party conforms to the people's heart of the party, and insists on both inheritance and innovation. We should pay attention to the construction of a new image of the era in which the Communist Party is politically authentic, and adhere to the idea of taking the people as the center to strengthen the building of a clean image. Firmly oppose the "image project", grasp the "key minority", give play to the leading cadres' backbone role in the construction of clean political parties, strengthen the restriction and supervision on the power operation with the aim of purifying the political ecology within the party; Focusing on the construction of the advanced nature of the party culture and enriching the ethical and moral thoughts of the incorruptible party, these will be the paths for the construction of the clean image of the Communist Party of China.
