马克思恩格斯对党的制度建设的探索

【摘要】：马克思恩格斯虽然没有提出党的制度建设的概念,但却有很多关于党的制度建设的思想和实践。如提出马克思主义政党的制度建设必须以坚持无产阶级政党的领导为前提,初创了马克思主义政党的党员管理制度和干部选拔制度,倡导建立和健全党的监督制度、党内生活制度,反对个人崇拜等,为推进马克思主义政党建设提供了宝贵财富。
[Abstract]:Although Marx and Engels did not put forward the concept of the party's system building, there are many ideas and practices concerning the party's system building. For example, it is pointed out that the system construction of the Marxist political party must be based on the leadership of the proletarian party. It has established the party members management system and cadre selection system of Marxist political parties, advocated the establishment and improvement of the party's supervision system, the inner-party life system and the opposition to personality cult, which has provided valuable wealth for promoting the construction of Marxist political parties.
