【摘要】：人才是科学文化的有利载体,是健全社会的中坚力量。作为中国共产党联系人才的关键纽带,人才政策一直都是中国共产党的政策理论体系的重要有机组成部分。对于革命事业来讲,尊重和使用人才是非常关键的因素,人才的兴旺与否直接关系革命事业的兴旺,党中央在延安的十三年,是中国共产党大量吸收、包容、培养、运用、改造知识人才的关键阶段。尊重和使用好知识人才政策一直都是中国共产党的政策理论体系的重要有机组成部分。只有把握好这一问题才能为抗日战争、解放战争和新中国建设提供了强大的人才支撑,奠定了伟大胜利的坚实基础。尊重和使用好知识人才是中国共产党人才政策的重要组成部分,研究延安时期中国共产党尊重和使用人才政策不仅有利于对知识人才队伍的重视与培养,制定科学合理的尊重和使用知识人才政策,而且有助于了解知识人才在整个革命事业历史进程中的重要意义;有助于夯实中国共产党尊重和使用人才政策的理论基础;有助于提高知识分子人才从事党的各项事业的积极性;也有助于党在不同领域中开展知识分子人才工作积累了经验;同时也为我们提供了吸纳、包容、培养、使用的一个整体的人才工作的指导方法。
[Abstract]:Talent is the beneficial carrier of science and culture and the backbone of a sound society. Talent policy has always been an important and integral part of the policy and theoretical system of the Communist Party of China. For the cause of revolution, respect for and use of talents is a very key factor, and the prosperity of talents directly relates to the prosperity of the cause of revolution. During the thirteen years of the CPC Central Committee in Yan'an, it was absorbed, tolerated, cultivated and applied by the CPC. The policy of respecting and making good use of knowledge and talents has always been an important and integral part of the policy theory system of the Communist Party of China. Only if we grasp this problem well will we be able to contribute to the War of Resistance against Japan. The war of liberation and the construction of new China provided strong talent support and laid a solid foundation for the great victory. Respecting and making good use of intellectual people is an important part of the Communist Party of China's talent policy. The study of the CPC's policy of respecting and using talents during the Yan'an period is not only conducive to the attention and cultivation of the contingent of intellectual personnel, but also to the formulation of a scientific and rational policy of respecting and using intellectual talents. Moreover, it is helpful to understand the important significance of intellectual talents in the whole history of revolutionary cause, to consolidate the theoretical basis of the CPC's policy of respecting and using talents; It will help to increase the enthusiasm of intellectuals to engage in the various undertakings of the Party; it will also help the Party to accumulate experience in carrying out the work of intellectuals in different fields; and it will also provide us with the means to absorb, tolerate and train them. Use a holistic approach to the work of talented people.
