【摘要】：李维汉是中国共产党早期开展民族工作的主要负责人,在民族工作中始终坚持将马克思主义和我国具体民族问题相结合,为解决民族问题、实现各民族平等团结、发展与繁荣作出了很大贡献。李维汉的民族思想在抗日战争、解放战争、社会主义革命和社会主义建设时期为我们党民族理论的形成、民族政策的制定和民族工作的顺利进行产生了重要的影响,发挥了重要的作用。民族问题始终是我们党和国家十分关心和重视的问题,在构建社会主义和谐社会、进一步加快民族地区全面建成小康社会的今天,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央更强调了民族工作的重要性。面对纷繁复杂的国际形势、局部地区民族矛盾和冲突的不断涌现,重新研究并借鉴李维汉对协调民族关系、处理民族问题的经验,对于今天民族工作的开展有着重要的参考价值。本文由三部分组成,第一部分:对李维汉民族思想的理论来源进行研究,认为其思想主要受到两方面影响,一方面主要受到心怀天下、博学笃行、以身作则、自省自克在内的传统文化的影响,另一方面受到马克思主义理论中关于民族平等团结、民族融合和宗教理论等思想的影响,这对李维汉日后投身革命、从事民族工作产生了重要的影响;第二部分:对李维汉民族思想的主要内容进行了较为全面的梳理,主要从民族区域自治、宗教、正确处理民族关系、培养少数民族干部以及促进各民族共同发展和繁荣五个方面进行了较为全面的分析;第三部分:本文立足现实,结合当前国际国内民族工作出现的新情况、新问题,认为李维汉的民族思想对当前解决我国国内民族问题仍具有重要的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Li Weihan is the main person in charge of the early ethnic work of the Communist Party of China, and has always insisted on combining Marxism with the specific ethnic problems of our country in order to solve the ethnic problems and realize the equality and unity of all ethnic groups. Development and prosperity have made great contributions to the formation of our party's national theory during the period of the War of Resistance against Japan, the War of Liberation, the Socialist Revolution and the Socialist Construction. The formulation of national policies and the smooth progress of national work have had an important impact and played an important role. Ethnic issues have always been of great concern and importance to our party and our country, and are building a harmonious socialist society. With further speeding up the overall building of a well-off society in ethnic areas, the Party Central Committee, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, has stressed the importance of ethnic work. In the face of the complicated international situation, ethnic contradictions and conflicts in local areas are constantly emerging. Studying and drawing lessons from Li Weihan's experience in coordinating ethnic relations and dealing with ethnic problems has important reference value for the development of ethnic work today. This paper is composed of three parts. The first part: study the theoretical source of Li Weihan's national thought, and think that his thought is mainly influenced by two aspects: on the one hand, it is mainly influenced by the traditional culture, such as having a world in mind, being erudite, setting an example, and introspecting himself, including the traditional culture. On the other hand, under the influence of Marxist theory on national equality and unity, ethnic integration and religious theory, Li Weihan will join the revolution in the future and engage in national work. The second part: the main content of Li Weihan's national thought has carried on the comparatively comprehensive combing, mainly from the ethnic regional autonomy, the religion, correctly handles the national relations, Five aspects of training minority cadres and promoting the common development and prosperity of all ethnic groups are comprehensively analyzed. The third part: based on the reality, this paper combines the new situation of the current international and domestic national work, new problems, The author thinks that Li Weihan's national thought still has important reference significance to solve our country's national problem at present.
