【摘要】："四个全面"战略布局是以习近平同志为核心的新一届中央领导集体治国理政现代化的总方略和行动指南。"四个全面"战略布局与反腐倡廉建设构成一个辩证统一的内在政治逻辑:"全面建成小康社会"的"发展之维"是构建"不必腐"保障机制的前提和基础;"全面深化改革"的"动力之维"是构建"不能腐"监督机制的核心和关键;"全面依法治国"的"法治之维"是构建"不敢腐"惩戒机制的手段和途径;"全面从严治党"的"组织之维"是构建"不想腐"组织机制的目的和归宿。文章提出并阐述了构建"四个全面"战略布局下反腐倡廉建设"四维机制"的实践路径,旨在为深入推进中国共产党反腐倡廉建设提供学理支撑和实践参鉴。
[Abstract]:The "four comprehensive" strategic layout is the general strategy and action guide of the modernization of governing the country and administration of the new central leadership collective with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core. " The four comprehensive "strategic layout" and anti-corruption construction constitute a dialectical and unified internal political logic: the "development dimension" of "building a well-off society in an all-round way" is the premise and foundation of constructing "no corruption" guarantee mechanism; The "dynamic dimension" of reform is the core and key to the construction of "non-corrupt" supervisory mechanism, the "rule of law dimension" of "ruling the country according to law" is the means and way to construct the disciplinary mechanism of "not dare to corrupt", and the "comprehensive and strict administration of the party" The organizational dimension is the purpose and destination of constructing the organization mechanism of "do not want to rot". This paper puts forward and expounds the practical path of constructing "four dimensional mechanism" in the construction of "four comprehensive" strategic layout, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical reference for further promoting the construction of anti-corruption and promoting clean government of the Communist Party of China.
