习仲勋统一战线思想及当代价值研究

【摘要】：习仲勋是我们党老一辈的无产阶级革命家,是中国共产党和国家在统一战线工作方面的杰出领导人。在七十多年的革命生涯中,习仲勋长期从事统战工作:从陕甘宁边区的创建和领导,到西北地区复杂的民族宗教问题的妥善处理,再到“标本兼治”广东的偷渡外逃以及改革开放新时期党的统战理论的丰富、统战政策的落实。在长期的统战实践工作中,习仲勋对不断积累的统战经验进行总结,使之上升为系统化的统战理论。习仲勋与时俱进的统战理论,为我国统一战线理论研究增添了新的内容,为新时期我国统一战线工作的开展提供了经验借鉴。本文主要从四个方面进行了论述:首先是绪论部分,论证了该论题研究的目的及意义,总结了该论题的研究现状,对本文的研究思路和研究方法进行了说明,并对本文的创新点进行了阐释;其次,对习仲勋在新民主主义革命时期包括:土地革命时期、全面抗战时期以及绥德时期的统战思想进行了概述;再次对习仲勋在新中国成立之后:西北当政时期、中央执政时期、广东执政时期及改革开放新时期西北的统一战线思想进行了概述;最后对习仲勋统一战线思想对新时期统战理论与实践的现实意义包括:理论水平的提高、贯彻群众路线、坚持党的领导以及解放思想方面进行了新的探索。
[Abstract]:Xi Zhongxun is the proletarian revolutionist of the older generation of our Party and the outstanding leader of the Communist Party of China and the state in the work of the United front. In his more than 70 years of revolutionary career, Xi Zhongxun has been engaged in United front work for a long time: from the establishment and leadership of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region to the proper handling of the complex ethnic and religious problems in the Northwest region, And then to "treat both the root and the root" of Guangdong's smuggling and flight, enrich the Party's theory of United front work in the new period of reform and opening up, and carry out the United front policy. In his long-term United front work, Xi Zhongxun summed up the accumulated United front experience and made it a systematic United front theory. Xi Zhongxun's theory of United front advancing with the times adds new contents to the theoretical study of the United front in our country and provides experience and reference for the development of the United front work in China in the new period. This paper mainly discusses from four aspects: first, the introduction part, demonstrates the purpose and significance of the research on this topic, summarizes the research status quo of the topic, and explains the research ideas and methods of this paper. Secondly, it summarizes Xi Zhongxun's United front thoughts in the period of the New Democratic Revolution, including the period of the Agrarian Revolution, the period of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War and the period of Suide. After Xi Zhongxun was founded in New China again, the thought of the United front in Northwest China during the period of northwest government, the period of central government, the period of Guangdong administration and the new period of reform and opening up were summarized. Finally, the practical significance of Xi Zhongxun's United front thought to the theory and practice of the United front in the new period includes: the improvement of the theoretical level, the implementation of the mass line, the adherence to the leadership of the Party and the emancipation of the mind.
