法治的中国需要法治的政治文化——基于民众对十八大以来强力反腐反应的视角

【摘要】：十八大以来中央强力反腐取得了明显效果,但社会民众的反应所折射出来的政治文化却与四中全会提出的构建法治中国不相匹配。为此,当下中国应根据法治原则和民本原则,抓住强力反腐构建法治中国这个大好契机,营造一个全体人民都信仰法治崇尚法治的社会氛围,培育与法治中国相匹配的法治的政治文化。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC Central Committee, strong anti-corruption efforts have been made, but the political culture reflected by the reaction of the public does not match with the construction of China under the rule of law proposed by the fourth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee. Therefore, in accordance with the principles of the rule of law and the principle of people first, China should seize the excellent opportunity of vigorously fighting corruption and building a China ruled by law, so as to create a social atmosphere in which all people believe in the rule of law and uphold the rule of law. Cultivate the political culture of the rule of law that matches the rule of law in China.
