【摘要】：党规党纪是党员所必须遵守的法则,是党员行为的准则依据,党的本职工作就是为人民服务,更是由于其是中国特色社会主义发展的领导者,党规党纪必须符合国家的法律,在国家法律的范围内进行规定。
[Abstract]:Party discipline is the rule that party members must abide by and the basis for party members' conduct. The party's duty is to serve the people, and even more because it is the leader in the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, party discipline must conform to the laws of the state. It is regulated within the scope of national law.
