全国高校贯彻落实习近平繁荣发展哲学社会科学系列讲话精神的调研报告

【摘要】：本课题对中国大陆除西藏、内蒙外的各省、直辖市、自治区94所高校进行调查,以了解全国高校贯彻落实习近平总书记繁荣发展哲学社会科学系列讲话精神工作的基本情况。调查分析得出的结论是:组织迅速、学习全面:高校积极开展党政干部和教师学习"系列讲话"活动,领导空前重视党的宣传思想工作;政策导向、影响辐射:"改进加强"措施陆续出台,先行引领后行;守土尽责、使命光荣:高校干部教师感受到春天的氛围,涌动理论自信、职业尊严、追求实效的热流;打造重地、活跃学术:全国高校重视马克思主义学院建设,利用重地平台、学科优势,进行理论创新和实践创新;查找问题、建言献策:攻坚克难并非易事,同向同行破解难题。但全国各地高校贯彻落实情况并不平衡,地域、学校层级的差异比较显著,"浅滩"、"死角"并未消除。在共识性舆论已经基本形成、大气候已经改善之后,目前最需要做的是更加细致入微的工作。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates 94 colleges and universities in mainland China except Tibet, Inner Mongolia and other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in order to understand the basic situation of carrying out the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches on the prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities throughout the country. The findings of the investigation and analysis are as follows: rapid organization, comprehensive study, active activities of party and government cadres and teachers in studying "series of speeches", unprecedented attention by leaders to the party's propaganda and ideological work, policy guidance, Influence radiation: the measures of "improving and strengthening" have been introduced one after another, leading first and then acting; keeping the soil with due diligence and glorious mission: college cadres and teachers feel the spring atmosphere, surge theory self-confidence, professional dignity, pursue the heat current of actual effect; build the important place, Active academic: colleges and universities all over the country attach importance to the construction of Marxist colleges, make use of the important platform and discipline advantages to carry out theoretical and practical innovations; to find out problems and offer suggestions: it is not easy to overcome difficulties and solve problems in the same direction. However, the implementation of colleges and universities all over the country is not balanced, the differences between regions and school levels are significant, "shoals" and "dead corners" have not been eliminated. After consensus public opinion has basically formed and the general climate has improved, what is most needed now is to do more detailed work.
