【摘要】：新形势下融合思想建党与制度治党,应明确其目标和任务,要坚持思想建党与制度治党共同推进,明确二者共生关系,推动以德治党与依规治党深度结合,营造思想建党与制度治党融合的良好环境,以及加强思想建党与制度建党统筹考核。
[Abstract]:In the new situation, it is necessary to make clear its objectives and tasks, to promote the Party building by ideology and the party by system, to clarify the symbiotic relationship between the two, and to promote the deep combination of running the party by morality and governing the party according to the rules and regulations. To create a good environment for the integration of ideological and institutional party building, and to strengthen the overall assessment of ideological and institutional party building.
