【摘要】：正深圳市在全国率先制定了《反贿赂管理体系》,这是国内地方层面首个反贿赂管理标准,为企业等各类组织发现、预防和管控贿赂风险,有效提高反贿赂管理的科学化和标准化提供了系统性框架和指南。深圳的《反贿赂管理体系》,其关键指标与核心要求和国际标准保持一致,对于推动我国预防腐败体系标准化、国际化具有重要意义,对于推动地方廉政制度创新更具重要的示范意义。作为一项标准化制度,其推广和应用过程显得尤为重要
[Abstract]:Shenzhen has taken the lead in formulating the "Anti-bribery Management system" in the country. This is the first anti-bribery management standard at the local level in the country. It is the first to discover, prevent and control the risk of bribery for enterprises and other organizations. Effectively improving the scientific and standardized management of anti-bribery provides a systematic framework and guidance.
