以科学理念引领基层服务型党组织建设

【摘要】：正基层服务型党组织,是指以服务群众为主要功能和主要任务的基层党组织。近年来,建设基层服务型党组织成为各地各领域基层党组织建设的主线和主题。然而,其中多有一些错误的做法和实践的偏差,亟待矫正。这就需要我们确立新的科学的理念,并以此引领基层服务型党组织建设。一、确立协同服务理念,努力做到党组织与政府、市场主体、志愿者组织、邻里协同服务所谓协同服务,是指基层党组织与政府、市场主体、志愿者组织和邻里等其他主体发挥各自优势,彼此配合,共同做好服务基层群众的工作。协同服务包括两个层次:一是上述各类主体发挥各自优势,面向基层居民群众,提供各自不同的服务;二是上述各类主体彼此配
[Abstract]:The service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level refer to the basic-level Party organizations which serve the masses as their main functions and main tasks. In recent years, the construction of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations has become the main line and theme in various fields. However, there are some wrong practices and deviations in practice, which need to be rectified. This needs us to establish the new scientific idea, and to lead the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented party organization. First, to establish the concept of cooperative service and strive to achieve cooperative service between the party organization and the government, the main body of the market, the volunteer organization, and the neighborhood cooperative service, which refers to the grass-roots party organization and the government, the main body of the market. Volunteer organizations and neighbors and other subjects play their respective advantages, cooperate with each other to do a good job in serving the grassroots. The cooperative service includes two levels: one is that the above kinds of subjects give full play to their respective advantages, face the grassroots residents, and provide their own different services; the other is that the above-mentioned types of subjects match each other.
