抗战时统制政策背景下两湖地区的桐油贸易

【摘要】：抗日战争爆发后,国民政府对桐油采取了统制政策,但是在战时特殊环境下统购统销政策的出台和修订远远适应不了时局的变化。两湖地区作为国内桐油重要的产销地区,实际实施情况虽未收到预期效果,但还是取得了一定成效,对支持抗战做出了贡献。
[Abstract]:After the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the National Government adopted the policy of controlling Tung oil, but the introduction and revision of the policy of unified purchase and marketing in the special environment of wartime could not adapt to the changes of the current situation. As an important production and marketing area of tung oil in China, though the actual implementation of the two lakes has not received the expected results, it has achieved certain results and contributed to the support of the War of Resistance against Japan.
