高校学生党员发展中存在的问题与对策

【摘要】：新的形势下,加强高校党员发展,培育优秀青年,已成为当前我国高校思想政治工作中不可或缺的重要一环。本文以湖南某高校为例,对大学生党员发展中存在问题进行系统性探索,并提出培育优秀大学生党员的对策。高校基层党组织的党员培育工作,尤其是高校学生党员发展中存在的问题:对大学生入党动机摸底不足;大学生择优入党选拔标准不一;基层组织分工不明,学生支部没有话语权;走上层路线争取入党的现象比较严重;学生党员队伍结构不尽合理;思想教育走形式,经费短缺,基层组织活动缺乏有效性;择优入党缺失群众基础等七个方面的问题。加强和改进高校学生党建工作的策略:增加经费投入,明确基层党支部党建工作职责;加强学生入党教育与继续教育,拓宽党员教育路径;进一步构建和完善大学生党建工作的科学管理体系;加强大学生党建工作的制度建设和作风建设。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation, strengthening the development of Party members in colleges and universities and cultivating outstanding young people have become an indispensable and important part in the ideological and political work of colleges and universities in our country at present. Taking a university in Hunan as an example, this paper systematically explores the problems existing in the development of college students' Party members, and puts forward some countermeasures for cultivating excellent college students' Party members. The problems in the cultivation of Party members in the Party organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities, especially the problems in the development of college students' Party members, are as follows: insufficient investigation of college students' motivation to join the Party; different criteria for college students' selection of the best party members; unclear division of labor among grass-roots organizations; The student branch has no right to speak; the phenomenon of taking the upper line to join the Party is serious; the structure of the student party members is unreasonable; the ideological education is in form, the funds are short, and the activities of grass-roots organizations are lacking in effectiveness; There are seven problems in selecting the best to join the Party and lack the mass basis. The strategies of strengthening and improving the party building work of students in colleges and universities include increasing the input of funds, clarifying the responsibility of the Party building work of the Party branches at the grass-roots level, strengthening the education of students joining the Party and continuing education, and widening the path of education for party members. Further build and perfect the scientific management system of the party building work of college students, strengthen the system construction and style construction of the party building work of college students.
