【摘要】：正新形势下加强和规范党内政治生活,关键是高级干部特别是中央领导层组成人员~((1))。这是党的十八届六中全会深刻总结我们党的历史经验得出的重要结论。1938年召开的党的扩大的六届六中全会,第一次提出了"四个服从",制定了党的历史上第一个关于中央委员会工作规则与纪律的党内法规,对加强中央领导层及党的政治生活,维护党中央权威,维护党的团结和集中统一领导,发挥了重大作用。认真回顾总结党的六届六中全会对加强中央领导层政治生活的贡献,
