关于精兵简政的几点透析

【摘要】：在陕甘宁边区及各敌后抗日根据地实行的精兵简政政策,本着实事求是的精神,把简政和整风学习相结合,检查思想、精简机构、发展生产,克服官僚主义作风,团结根据地人民,在改变根据地困境的基础上,为人民树立了一个共产党人执政的良好的政府形象。本文通过简单透析精兵简政提出前中国共产党的探索和这一议案提出的原因,揭示了精兵简政经验的时代意义。
[Abstract]:In line with the spirit of seeking truth from facts, the policy of streamlining military forces and simplifying government in the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region and the anti-Japanese base areas behind the enemy lines, combines simple administration with rectification study, inspects ideas, simplifies organizations, develops production and overcomes bureaucratic style. On the basis of uniting the people in base area and changing the predicament of base area, we have established a good government image of the Communist Party in power for the people. By simply analyzing the exploration of the former Communist Party of China and the reasons for this motion, this paper reveals the significance of the experience of streamlining government.
