基层党组织政治生态测评体系探究

【摘要】：全面从严治党需要全党大气候,也需要基层小气候。基层党组织是党的执政根基之所在,其政治生态在党内政治生态中发挥着兜底作用。科学合理的测评体系是监测、检验基层党组织政治生态状况的依据,是进一步净化、优化基层党组织政治生态的参考和导向。构建基层党组织政治生态测评体系需要从政治主体、文化、制度和行为等多维度进行,坚持科学性、全面性、实用性和前瞻性原则,同时要注重其实践指向和群众意见。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive strict administration of the party needs the Party's general climate, but also needs the grass-roots microclimate. The basic Party organization is the ruling foundation of the Party, and its political ecology plays a role in the inner-party political ecology. The scientific and reasonable evaluation system is the basis for monitoring and checking the political ecological status of the grass-roots party organizations, and is the reference and guidance for further purification and optimization of the political ecology of the grass-roots party organizations. It is necessary to construct the evaluation system of political ecology of grass-roots party organizations from the aspects of political subject, culture, system and behavior, adhere to the principles of science, comprehensiveness, practicability and foresight, at the same time, pay attention to the practical direction and the opinions of the masses.
