新形势下提高党校科研经费管理水平的思考

【摘要】：正科研工作是党校事业发展的一项基础性、支撑性工作,是衡量党校办学质量和水平的重要标志。近年来,伴随着党校系统科研事业的蓬勃发展,科研项目的大幅增长,科研经费的大幅增加,科研经费管理中存在的问题也不断暴露出来。笔者在调研了多所党校的基础上,对当前部分党校科研经费管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的对策。一、加强党校科研经费管理的意义2016年第9期《求是》杂志刊发了习近平总书记《在全国党校工作会议上的讲话》一文,文中指出"党校姓党,
