【摘要】：中国共产党历来都十分重视党内民主的建设，党的十六大更是把党内民主提高到党的生命的高度上。在新的历史条件下，，发展党内民主既是我国政治体制改革和政治文明建设的重要内容，也是全面建设小康社会和构建社会主义和谐社会的现实需要。延安时期是中国共产党党内民主建设取得重大进展的时期，研究这个时期的党内民主，有助于我们吸取经验教训，更好地指导新时期的党内民主建设，进而推动政治体制改革和构建社会主义和谐社会。本文共从四个部分对延安时期党内民主建设进行阐述。首先，对党内民主的相关问题进行探讨。分别阐释了党内民主的概念、特征及其功能。其次对延安时期党内民主的历史实践进行梳理。党的六届六中全会通过一系列确立马克思主义组织路线的方式，开创了党内民主的新局面。延安整风时期又创造了党内民主的新模式，如确立了“实事求是”的思想路线、实行“批评和自我批评”的政治生活方式等。党的七大丰富了党内民主的理论，使党内民主的建设变得有理有据。而到了解放战争时期党内民主就初具制度形态，党内民主建设开始有了制度的约束和规范，一步步走向成熟。再次，基于延安时期党内民主的实践，总结了党内民主建设的经验：坚持群众路线的工作方法、坚持民主集中制原则、坚持集体领导、坚持接受党内外群众的监督。最后，文章从理论和实践的角度探讨了延安时期党内民主建设的启示。党内民主是党的生命，对人民民主具有重要的示范和带动作用。中国共产党作为马克思主义的执政党，其党内民主是否充分，不仅直接关系到党的生命力和创造力的保持，更关系到党的执政地位的巩固和人民民主的发展。
[Abstract]:The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of inner-party democracy, and the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has raised the inner-party democracy to the height of the party's life. Under the new historical conditions, the development of inner-party democracy is not only the important content of political system reform and political civilization construction in China, but also the realistic need of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a harmonious socialist society. The period of Yan'an is a period in which the CPC has made great progress in the construction of inner-party democracy. The study of inner-party democracy in this period will help us draw lessons from experience and better guide the construction of inner-party democracy in the new era. Then promote the reform of the political system and the construction of a socialist harmonious society. This article from four parts of the Yan'an period of inner-party democracy construction was expounded. First of all, the related issues of inner-party democracy are discussed. The concept, characteristics and functions of inner-party democracy are explained respectively. Secondly, it combs the historical practice of inner-party democracy in Yan'an period. The sixth Plenary session of the sixth Central Committee of the Party created a new situation of inner-party democracy through a series of ways of establishing Marxist organization line. During the rectification movement in Yan'an, a new model of inner-party democracy was created, such as establishing the ideological line of "seeking truth from facts", carrying out the political life style of "criticism and self-criticism" and so on. The Seventh Congress of the Party enriched the theory of inner-party democracy and made the construction of inner-party democracy reasonable. During the War of Liberation, inner-party democracy began to have institutional form, and the construction of inner-party democracy began to have institutional constraints and norms, step by step towards maturity. Thirdly, based on the practice of inner-party democracy in Yan'an period, the author sums up the experience of inner-party democratic construction: adhering to the working method of the mass line, adhering to the principle of democratic centralism, adhering to collective leadership and accepting the supervision of the masses inside and outside the party. Finally, the article discusses the enlightenment of the inner-party democracy construction in Yan'an period from the angle of theory and practice. Inner-Party democracy is the life of the Party and plays an important role in demonstrating and driving people's democracy. As the ruling party of Marxism, the inner-party democracy of the Communist Party of China is not only directly related to the maintenance of the Party's vitality and creativity, but also related to the consolidation of the ruling position of the Party and the development of people's democracy.
