高校学生党支部组织生活创新机制研究——基于广东十一所高校的调研

【摘要】：本研究以广东十一所高校的学生党支部组织生活调研数据为基础,分析学生党支部组织生活的现状和困境,提出构建以细化落实管理制度为保障,以优化创新组织生活为核心,以加强党员教育培养为关键的高校学生党支部组织生活的创新机制,以提升学生党支部组织生活的实效性。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation and research data of student party branch organization life in 11 universities in Guangdong province, this study analyzes the present situation and predicament of student party branch organization life, and puts forward that the core of this study is to build a detailed management system and optimize the life of innovative organizations. In order to improve the effectiveness of the organizational life of student Party branch, the innovation mechanism of student Party branch organization life in colleges and universities is to strengthen the education and cultivation of Party members.
