实现强党方略与强国方略的统一——论新时期四个“伟大”任务的内在逻辑

【摘要】：习近平在省部级主要领导干部"学习习近平总书记重要讲话精神,迎接党的十九大"专题研讨班上首次作出了四个"伟大"的理论新概括。这四个方面,不仅战略性地概括了党和国家正在做的事情,而且构成了一个完整而科学的思想系统。四个"伟大"揭示了"强国"与"强党"的统一关系,蕴含了"强国必先强党"与"强党成就强国"的战略逻辑。建设社会主义现代化强国,必须以强党兴党为理论前提,必须以"强党成就强国"为实现路径。
[Abstract]:For the first time, Xi Jinping made four new generalizations of "greatness" in the special seminar for leading cadres at the provincial and ministerial levels, "studying the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and welcoming the Party's 19th CPC National Congress". These four aspects not only strategically generalize what the Party and the state are doing, but also constitute a complete and scientific ideological system. The four "great" reveal the unified relationship between "strong power" and "strong party", and contain the strategic logic of "strengthening the party first" and "strengthening the party to become a powerful country". In order to build a socialist modern country, we must take the strengthening of the Party as the theoretical premise and the way to realize it.
