【摘要】：朱德提出了丰富的生态文明建设思想。他主张将生态文明建设融入经济建设之中,强调要从有利于发展经济的角度来搞好生态文明建设,在生态文明建设中要尽可能兼顾生态效益和经济效益,要求企业把生态文明建设与发展生产结合起来。他运用哲学思维解决生态文明问题,坚持实事求是的立场,倡导从实际情况出发探索适合生态文明建设的具体路径;运用唯物辩证法关于事物普遍联系的观点,要求从整体出发来认识和处理生态文明建设中的各项工作及其相互关系。他注重生态文明建设的科学性,强调要科学合理地执行封山育林政策;明确要求在大型水利工程建设中要有科学合理的规划,不能不顾客观条件盲目蛮干。
[Abstract]:Zhu De puts forward abundant thought of ecological civilization construction. He advocated the integration of the construction of ecological civilization into economic construction, and stressed that the construction of ecological civilization should be done well from the perspective of favorable economic development, and that ecological and economic benefits should be taken into account as far as possible in the construction of ecological civilization. Enterprises are required to combine the construction of ecological civilization with the development of production. He used philosophical thinking to solve the problem of ecological civilization, insisted on the position of seeking truth from facts, advocated to explore the specific path suitable for the construction of ecological civilization from the point of view of the actual situation, and applied the viewpoint of materialist dialectics on the universal connection of things. It is necessary to understand and deal with all kinds of work and their relations in the construction of ecological civilization from the whole point of view. He emphasized the scientific nature of the construction of ecological civilization, emphasized the scientific and reasonable implementation of the policy of closing mountains and cultivating forests, and clearly demanded that there should be scientific and reasonable planning in the construction of large-scale water conservancy projects.
