【摘要】：自1958年4月上海提出工业向"高精大新"方向发展的方针后,该方针先后经历了从"高精大新""高精大""高精大尖"到"高精尖"的不同表述;"高精尖"也从一个工业发展方针演变为工业生产和科学研究工作的共同指导方针。它的贯彻实施,使上海在20世纪60年代中期初步建设成为全国先进的工业和科学技术基地,成为新中国工业化建设的成功范式和样本,对上海乃至中国的现代化之路产生了深远影响。
