【摘要】：思想建设是马克思主义政党保持先进性和纯洁性的政治优势,亦是中国共产党加强党建的宝贵经验。党的十八大以来,在面对新的形势和新的任务,中国共产党不断加强和改进思想建设,从而增强党的执政能力,推动全面从严治党的战略步伐,推进中国特色社会主义事业不断向前发展。马克思列宁主义经典作家和历届中国共产党领导人为十八大以来中国共产党的思想建设奠定了理论基础。同时,十八大以来随着世情、国情、党情的深刻变化,党的思想建设也面临许多新的现实挑战,为此,十八大以来,习近平多次强调要补足精神之"钙",主要是坚持以理想信念教育为灵魂,以党性修养教育为核心,以思想道德建设为基础,以理论武装为根本,不断丰富和发展党的思想建设理论的内涵要求,加强党的思想建设。而且以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持理论和实践相结合原则,先后开展了党的群众路线教育实践活动、"三严三实"专题教育实践活动以及"两学一做"专题教育实践活动,将实践活动中将党的思想建设步步推进、层层深入。对此,十八大以来党的思想建设的理论创新与实践探索,从理论上来说,进一步丰富了马克思主义政党的思想建党理论,为全面从严治党提供精神支柱。从现实上来说,有效的解决了当前党内出现的思想滑坡问题,对保持党的先进性和纯洁性,进一步提高党的建设科学化水平,以及实现中华民族伟大复兴统一思想、凝聚力量具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Ideological construction is the political advantage of Marxism party to maintain its progressiveness and purity, and it is also the valuable experience of the Communist Party of China to strengthen the party building. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, in the face of new situations and new tasks, the Communist Party of China has constantly strengthened and improved its ideological construction, thereby strengthening the party's ruling ability and promoting the strategic pace of overall strict administration of the party. Pushing forward the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Marxism-Leninist classic writers and leaders of the Communist Party of China have laid a theoretical foundation for the ideological construction of the Communist Party of China since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. At the same time, with the profound changes in world conditions, national conditions and party feelings since the 18th National Congress, the Party's ideological construction has also faced many new practical challenges. To this end, since the 18th National Congress, Xi Jinping has stressed many times that it is necessary to supplement the "calcium" of the spirit. It mainly insists on taking ideal and belief education as the soul, party spirit cultivation education as the core, ideological and moral construction as the foundation, and theoretical armed forces as the foundation. Constantly enrich and develop the connotation of the Party's ideological construction theory, strengthen the Party's ideological construction. Moreover, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice, and has successively carried out the mass line education practice activities of the Party, the "three strict and three solid" thematic educational practice activities and the "two schools and one doing" special education practice activities. The Party's ideological construction will be pushed forward step by step in practical activities. In view of this, the theoretical innovation and practical exploration of the Party's ideological construction since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) have further enriched the theory of ideological Party building of Marxist political parties and provided the spiritual support for the Party's comprehensive and strict administration. In reality, it has effectively solved the problem of ideological decline in the current inner-party, has further improved the scientific level of party building, and realized the great rejuvenation and unity of the Chinese nation, to maintain the advanced nature and purity of the party, to further improve the scientific level of party building, and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
